Growing Pattern of Spring

Today we used flowers to make our growing pattern. Each student made a flower and then we made the pattern together. Here is how it turned out:

This wraps up our unit on patterns (which is not even a TEK next year). Teachers from states other than Texas - are you required to teach patterns in kinder?
